- Cleaning & Set-up of Floral Hall Area ~ ASAP after July 4th
- Paint Touch-ups/Repairs, Build Shelves etc… ~ ASAP after Set-up
- Registration Days ~ August 11-14 Several volunteers needed to cover three days and early Wed. for fresh flowers entries.
Exhibitor
registration dates & times:
Sunday, August 11
from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Monday, August 12 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Tuesday, August 13 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Tuesday, August 13 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Set up display of all exhibits beginning @ 4:00pm Tue., August 13
- Make list/key of exhibitors names & numbers for public reference.
(Must be done Tuesday after
registration closes.)
- Need Judges for all Categories ~ Arrive by 8:00a.m. Wed., 8/14
- Cover Shifts in Floral Hall Wednesday – Sunday 8/14 – 8/18
- Help with Tallying & Photo Copying of Exhibitor Premiums & Sales
Premium tallying can begin any
time after judging on Wednesday
Sales will close Saturday at
closing. Sales Tallying can begin at 10:00am
Sunday.

Volunteers Needed For the

- The All New Scarecrow University ~ Wed. – Sun.
- Scarecrow University Headmaster / Mistress
Cover shifts in scarecrow school house
Wednesday - Sunday. Dress as a scarecrow (optional).
Interact with children, provide coloring pages, play memory games and word searches, color
on chalk boards, read
children’s stories about scarecrows and going to the fair. Would like two
volunteers per shift.
